Stylish slings from My Karma Baby

Sometimes I wonder why no one clued me into the whole babywearing thing, as it's so convienient and easy! The latest sling I tested out is one from My Karma Baby. We were at a playdate and I borrowed Julie's youngest son for the sling. As Julie can attest, her son isn't light - he's a big boy at 4.5 months!

Once I had him in My Karma Baby sling, I barely even noticed I was wearing him! The design is simple - it's one piece of fabric that draps from shoulder to hip, cradling the baby in the inside pouch. I found it very comfortable and there wasn't a doubt in my mind that Julie's son was snug and secure inside (and he was clearly comfortable, because while I was wearing him, he started trying to find a place to latch on! Poor kid, telling him that well dried up long ago, I passed him back to his mother)

You can carry your baby in the Karma carrier in several different positions - the cradle, hip, kangaroo (facing out) and belly-to-belly.

It comes in a variety of stylish prints - and they offer the option to order reversable slings! Personally, I love the toile.
