Must-have summer sandal

Simply put, the shoe department at Nordstrom is dangerous. Besides Janie and Jack, there is no other store that destroys my willpower more. Three years ago I discovered shoe designer Athena Alexander and I'm now a total addict. Her shoes are mid-priced and stylish yet unbelievably comfortable.

While browsing tonight, I found the "Lorna" sandal on Nordstom.com and it's definitely my "must-have" summer sandal. You can wear them to pick the kids up at school or out on the town. Look closely at the sequin detail - it's just too cute. As if you needed another reason to buy them, shipping at Nordstrom.com is always $5.00.

They should be at my doorstep in a few days. Shhh...don't tell my husband.
