My baby has a new favorite toy!

I'll give all the credit, and appreciation, to Whitney for this find. We were playing at her house the other day, and my 6 month old attached himself to a GREAT baby toy. He's hardly put it down since... seriously, I had to take it away so that I could feed him this afternoon.

Wally the Whale has to be one of the softest plush toys I've ever felt. Think your velour sweatsuit--only softer. And he's adorable and lovable. Even better, he's a fabric book that makes noise! The outside whale part makes crinkling noises when the baby bends, grabs and, in our case, "mouths" it. And the pages inside are soft fabric with a sweet, short story of friendship and growth. Wally's also holding onto a shiny, squeaky fish that "swims" along with him (and detatches with velcro). On the tops of the pages are extra fabrics that serve as tags--and you know all babies love tags.
