A Tisket A Tasket

For many Easter evokes images of egg rolls, family gatherings and a bunny that brings baskets filled with goodies. But for me it isn’t Easter without chocolate!

So I am treating myself to a little chocolate nirvana this season: Vosges Haute Chocolates. These chocolates inspired the statement, “chocolate is a substitute for…” well you know.

What makes these chocolates so great? Owner/Chocolatier Katrina Marko fuses chocolates with exotic ingredients to create a true chocolate experience. These aren’t your mother’s chocolates—cheap boxes of samplers need not apply. If you’ve ever been to one of their chic boutiques (I once planned a whole trip to SoHo from Baltimore just to check them out), you’ll see that for Vosges, chocolate isn’t just a treat you quickly pop in your mouth, it’s a luxurious way of living. Katrina is definitely my kind of girl!

And these chocolates aren’t just for Easter (okay, so maybe the bunnies are) they are perfect for weddings, hostess gifts, anniversaries, business gifts or simply as an indulgence because you deserve it. And truly, aren’t we all worth it?
