I love boys. I have two, and they are fabulous in a million different ways. But, I have to say, it is so much fun having a little girl. And after living with creatures who do mysterious things (like eat their grilled cheese sandwiches into the shapes of guns and shoot each other with them, or use the lacing strings to tie their beloved bear to the leg of a table ... so much for offering non-violent toy options) it's fun to have a little one, who frankly, makes a bit more sense to me a lot of the time.
