Maaaan, how is it August already? This summer is whizzing by faster than a ride on Amtrak’s Acela. It’s about that time that we need to start thinking about back to school. Gulp! I have to admit, I’ve really been enjoying having my boys home this summer and I’ll definitely miss them when they are back to school in the fall.
On my list for August is clothes shopping for my kids, school supply shopping and of course towards the end of the month, stocking back up on snacks for school and for lunches. It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of CVS’s Gold Emblem Abound line for snacks. We’ve been snacking on them all summer and my kids are hooked so the snack portion of back to schoolwill be an easy one since I can doone-stop-shopping for that!

And easy for back to school packing are some of the snack bars (not to mention how much healthier they are than your average snack bar!) like the Mango & Raspberry Snack Bars:
Lastly, not for back to school but I just wanted to mention quickly that I tried the 8-Grain Wheat Crackers for the first time over the weekend. We had some family over for a BBQ and these paired really nicely with some tasty Brie cheese from Wegmans!
