Silver Cross POP

Anyone have any experience with Silver Cross products? I have been looking for an umbrella strollers with all the bells and whistles for not a lot of $$. I found a Silver Cross POP for about $150, right at the top of my price range. All the reviews seem to be good except for the one person that complained it tipped over while she was on the bus and the bus made a turn (Seems like anything might tip in that situation).

So, I was just wondering if anyone had an thoughts on this stroller (good, bad , whichever).
