The "Dad diaper vest"

At first I thought, okay, there's no way a guy is going to wear something called a "diaper vest." But now that I see it, I'm having second thoughts. It looks like a totally cool and normal-looking vest that you'd find at EMS, yet it has hidden pockets and functionality that make this a great vest for Dads.

Made by DadGear (you may remember them from other reviews we've done, they make a great backpack), this vest sports pockets for wipes, diapers and bottles.

Buy it on the DadGear site
. It sells for $82, but you can use coupon code MWS15 for 15% off.

A funny stocking stuffer

My hubby was the one who told me about this duo. And as one reviewer on Amazon states, "It's hard to describe how Flight of the Conchords is so funny in the same way it's hard to describe how certain faces Dwight, Jim, Or Pam make to the camera on The Office are funny." So true. This duo is so hysterically funny and I can't even really explain why. Check them out - they have their first season on DVD now and a CD coming out soon.

The First Season is just available on Amazon for $19.99. Eligible for free shipping on purchases over $25. And if you want to check them out, do a search on iTunes and listen to one of their songs. (Or YouTube, they're all over there as well.)

Replace his old iPod with a shiny new toy

Of course, there's nothing wrong with the old iPod, but the new iPod touch is just so much cooler. (Don't you love how they suck you in with new technology each year?) The new iPod is loaded with the same functionality as the iPhone - touch screen and a wider flip screen are some of the great features. Also - it's more than an iPod as it's loaded with Safari (to browse the web), YouTube (watch videos online!) and a direct link to iTunes to download music at will. (dangerous...)

The 8GB is currently priced at $299; the 16GB at $399. You can find it online at Amazon and elsewhere. After buying my iPhone from AT&T only to have the price drop and be told that Apple would only give credit to those who bought from the Apple store, I'm only recommending purchasing from there. (If their products weren't so amazing, I'd have to boycott. But considering how awesome every piece of hardware and software they put out is, I'll be buying from there in the future.)

Additionally , they offer free engraving on their site.

Universal Remote

Seriously, what is it with men and remotes? I don't even know what to say about this one because the appeal eludes me. But it's shiny and cool looking, has a great interface ("watch TV." or "Play a DVD" are some of your options).

Your hubby's bound to love it and it's great for the TV room as it eliminates unneccessary remotes! I've seen these Harmony Universal remotes recommended on several gadget sites. They make different models, this one is the 520. CNet rated the 550 as one of its top picks this year.

Find the 520 on Amazon for $89.99; the 550 on Amazon for $109.91.

Kelty Kids Transit Carrier 2.5

This daypack/backpack serves two functions: it's a diaper bag and a baby carrier. It's made by Kelty, who is known for their outdoor products. It's a good carrier for hiking with baby in tow, and it's nice and manly looking for Dad. What's also great about it is that it's a backpack as well.

The backpack not only detaches but it's fully loaded for baby travel -- side pouches for bottles, wipes pocket and tons of other sections for organizational needs. The carrier itself has a "rear view mirror" to see how baby is doing, and a rain cover to protect baby.

It's currently on sale at Baby Age for $125.99.

On the go Radio

The Sirius Stiletto 100 makes on-the-go music easy as cake.

A neat little tool, this hardware allows you to connect to Sirius' radio program on the road from any Wi-Fi network. Great for traveling or long-commuting Dads.

$179.99 at Circuit City.
