Baskin-Robbins Bump Day & ice cream for a year giveaway
Yum. Baskin-Robbins is inviting all expectant mothers to try a free cup or cone of Soft Serve for “Bump Day” on Wednesday, May 21.
Moms-to-be can receive a free 3 oz. cup or cone of Soft Serve between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. at participating Baskin-Robbins stores. Check out www.baskinrobbins.com/bumpday to find the nearest store location. (It's only available in some states so check out the list to see if your state is on there.)
Of course this is no fun for those of us of the non-knocked up kind (although how would they know?! I could be 6 weeks pregnant and having an ice cream craving, right??), so they're offering a giveaway for free ice cream for a year to one lucky winner, pregnant or not. ($300 value)
We're going to do it a little differently this time - to enter, leave a comment on this post and tell us your favorite ice cream flavor. Be sure you've linked your email so I can contact you after the fact. This contest will run through next Wednesday, May 28th. I'll pick someone random after the contest ends, your favorite flavor of choice isn't a determining factor in winning, just something for fun!

Actually, it's not much fun for the knocked-up among us, either! Expectant mothers are told to avoid soft serve during their pregnancy due to the risk of listeria. (Ironically, regular scooped ice cream is perfectly fine!) I'm not sure how many takers BR will have for this tomorrow...

Oh my word. How I've longed for a contest that involves Baskin Robbins ice cream. And yes, I'm completely serious! Mmmmmm....
My favorite is Jamoca almond fudge (which I can only get if my DS isn't around since he's allergic to nuts). AND I'll do you one better and tell you that my hubby's favorite is chocolate chip. And he would totally arm wrestle me to win this contest. So don't tell him I've entered. Let it be our little secret okay?

World Class Chocolate!!! My little one turns 2 tomorrow and her cake is BR World Class Chocolate and I had a BR cake for mother's day and my b-day is the 6th of June and I have ordered my cake!!! I could totally use BR ice cream for a year!!! Yum!

I love Pistachio Ice Cream. My dad loved it and would take us to BR practically anytime we passed it to get some pistachio, now my 3 year old loves it to... but we try to eat it a little less often, maybe if we'll win my dad will come up from new york to enjoy it with us.

Jamoca Almond Fudge! My son is 5 months now, but when I was preggers I went almost every night for dinner and got a Sunday with this flavor and lots of whipped cream, nuts, cherries and of course hot fudge! It was the only thing that didn't give me indigestion.......Lucky ME!!!

They used to have a flavor called Daquiri Ice which was, strangely enough, my favorite flavor as a kid! I now know it didn't really taste anything like a daquiri but still loved it until they discontinued it.

Baskin-Robins is a childhood memory favorite. My sister's and I couldn't wait to get there on late summer evenings and the flavor I always picked was and still is Pralines & Cream. Yummy !!!

Hard to pick - I love the peppermint ice cream during the holidays, but mint-chip is a favorite as is jamoca almond fudge. Can't really go wrong with most flavors!

I love, love mint chocolate chip. I know its cliche, but this is one of those flavors I rarely buy from the store and is reserved for a cone at Baskin Robbins. And it doesnt hurt if a little extra fudge gets in the way.
