Lately, I don’t know which end is up and which end is down. Spring has been by far our busiest month both as a family and for me in my business. It’s rare that I have any downtime and I’m looking forward to summer while trying to wade my way through the rest of the school year as best I can.
One of the things that definitely gets sacrificed when I have a crazy schedule is my own health and food choices. I workout regularly but sometimes I skip a meal; sometimes I go to town and eat way too much in a meal.

They contacted me to introduce their product and I found them at my local Target, which makes buying them very convenient. I picked up a 4-pack of the Vanilla flavor. (Other flavors were sold out – the shelf was almost totally wiped out – so clearly they are popular!) It’s tasty! And I just adore the on-the-go ability. I’m going to be buying more of these for a couple of reasons.
My normal breakfast is a little over 200 calories and definitely doesn’t pack the protein punch. Most mornings I get my kids on the bus and run to the gym with breakfast in hand. How great is this, having a protein punch with low sugar and calories to give me some energy? I need more products like this in my life – ones that sustain me & help me stay strong!
Lately I’ve been letting time for me slip. And that’s not cool. I always say that the Mom is the center of the universe in a house and when she’s off her A-game, so is the rest of the family.
