Awhile back, I received some beauty products from CVS from a line I had never heard of before: their Essence of Beauty line. I had never heard of it and it took me awhile to plunge in. A couple of the products have really stood out for me:
The Essence of Beauty Eucalyptus with Mint Body Oil ($9.99) is just divine. It smells amazing (I’ve always been partial to the eucalyptus scent ever since I lived in San Francisco) and it really does the job. I’ve never thought to use body oil – just not a fan of the whole oily skin thing, but it’s amazing how much this little puppy can moisturize your dry patches! I use it on my hands and also – my fingernails! I know that’s random but I found that after the summer and having nail polish on constantly that my nails had really dried out. Using this body oil did the trick in terms of making them healthy again within just a couple of short weeks.
Their Body Butter is also awesome. I also love the Lavender with Rosemary Body Butter ($9.99). It’s a thicker body cream and is also just fabulous for dry patches of skin. And I also love the Lavender and Rosemary scent – very soothing. (By the way, the Lemon Verbena scent is also great too!)
The entire line of Essence of Beauty is available at your local CVS and typical to CVS, the prices and product are both fabulous. Love these products for a stocking stuffer or holiday gift this season.
