Getting my 4 1/2 year old son to eat is a major battle, so when I saw the super kid-friendly recipes in Weight Watchers Eat! Move! Play!: A Parent’s Guide for Raising Healthy, Happy Kids ($13) , I was excited. The book offers info on how to develop and maintain habits for keeping the whole family happy and healthy. Weight Watchers Eat! Move! Play! explains what a healthy weight is for a child, offers tips, ideas and checklists to help parents encourage their child to eat healthier and move more.
