Well, we are. Because with the exception of my friend Zareen who weirdly doesn’t sweat or ever get hangovers (feel free to hate her for both of those facts), the rest of us sweat.
I’m working on a few posts with Secret Clinical Strength over the next few months so you’ll see me talking about them today and in a couple of future posts. Secret’s been around for quite a long time as a leader in the deodorant care genre but Secret Clinical Strengthwas new to me.
I actually had heard of it before this campaign; about a year ago a friend told me that it was all she used since she hit 40 because regular deodorants weren’t doing the trick anymore. She swears by Secret Clinical Strength. It actually provides 4X STRESS SWEAT PROTECTION which is much needed in my daily busy life.
Did you know that heat, activity, and stress can all cause you to sweat, and that stress sweat smells the WORST? Thats because stress sweat comes from a different gland, causing more bacteria and more odor. True story! I didn’t know this. But I will say that I’m a sweater, especially when it comes to exercise and the gym, and I know stress sweat. It can sometimes be as bad for me as it is after I’ve run 4 miles.
As Moms with chaotic lives, I think many of us can relate to the sweat stress syndrome. Secret Clinical Strengthhas Adapts & Responds Technology that senses your sweat levels throughout the day, adapting the level of protection, and helps to stop odor before it starts.
Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching. Do you have any plans? Romantic evening or a get together with friends? It falls on a Sundaythis year so I am pretty sure my exciting plans will involve carpooling my kids to and from karate. Really romantic. But either way, it’s good to have some deodorant on hand – no one wants to smell on Valentine’s Day or any other day!
Since I have no plans with my husband, I’m sharing a photo of the two of us where I was sweating – when we ran the Hot Chocolate 15k in Philadelphia last year! I could have used some Secret Clinical Strength that day!
